Could anybody please tell me my chances

I am looking at applying to several selective colleges but I don't know if my SAT scores are good enough. I have excelled in academics and athletics at my school however. I realize that my scores are low, but I am not a very good test taker.
Here are my stats

SAT:
V: 730
M: 620
W: 780
I will be retaking the test in June but I don't expect to raise my math by more than 60 or 70 points

Cumulative weighted GPA: 4.5
Unweighted: 4.0

Class rank:
6th out of 273 in a very competitive class

High School AP Classes:
AP English I, AP English II, AP Spanish, AP Calculus AB&BC, AP Chemistry, AP Economics, AP US History, AP Government, AP European History

EC's:
Yearbook editor
Editor and layout designer of award winning school literary magazine
Organized AIDS fundraisers in the community
Vollunteered to teach children's sunday school classes
Offered free tutoring to Spanish students and taught a spanish I course to a student over the summer

Athletics:
I am a state qualifier for CC and received All Ohio Honors in 2004. I have qualified for states in Cross Country 2 out of 3 years and qualified for the competitive Div. I Regional Track meet this year. I also received the All Ohio Academic Award in CC

Clubs:
Interact
Political Club
National Honors Society
Spanish Club

I should have good reccommendations from my teachers and I am hoping that my athletics will help too. My SAT II scores will not be received until next Wed. but I am hoping for around 800 in Spanish (spanish is my passion)

I am looking at Wash. University in St. Louis, Colgate, Dartmouth (my dream school) Williams and Georgetown.

Are any of these possibilities?

Oh, and Bowdoin is definitely on the list of colleges I am looking at

One last thing: I was born in South Africa and lived in Australia for the 1st 8 years of my life. I don't know if this means anything to colleges, but I have also done a lot of international travelling.
