<p>I am white, male and from Maine. I’m not a legacy. And sadly, I’m not quite fast enough to be recruited for running. I will be undeclared, but I will send in the music supplement.</p>

<p>Brownies are girl scouts in grades 2-3, so, no, you can not be a Brownie.</p>

<p>Alas, my heart pangs in mournful regret…Well my second choice was to be a Brown student. More likely?</p>

<p>If you have a serious interest in doing track in college, you might want to visit Brown and have a chat with the track coach. (I’ve heard they are less committal and a bit “under-enthsusiatic” from very qualified athletes who have done this, so don’t get discouraged) but it can’t hurt.</p>
