Could I double major in CS/CE if I enroll through SAS?

So I got into Honors College for SAS, but not for SOE, so I wondered if I could double major in both but enroll through SAS?

To be able to do the CE/CS track you have to admitted and enrolled into SOE then take CS classes through SAS to complete both majors.
