<p>So I recently received my acceptance letter for stony brook but I feel my chances for honors college are slim. They require a min of 1300 math and reading combined whereas I only have a 1290. Would I still be considered?</p>

<p>Unfortunately, probably not. With the volume of applications to the Honors College, they’ve tended to hold pretty closely to their 1300 minimum.</p>
