Could I get into these schools?

<p>I am entering my senior year of high school and I plan on retaking the ACT 1-2 more times, As I only scored a 20 the first time I took it. I don't quite believe I will make anything more than a 23-24, but I still have hope. I am in various school organizations such as DECA, and FBLA. (Future Business Leaders Of America). I also play Varsity Soccer for my high school. My current GPA is at a 2.88, but I believe I can get it to 3 before I graduate. Anyhow, my main question is.... could I get into these schools?</p>
