<p>hi im a junior in a pretty good high school in virginia. i was wondering my chances of getting into uva.
-4.156 weighted gpa and am taking 2 APS this year and mainly honors classes (planning on -taking 3-4 APS next year)
-doubled up on math last year and am doubling up on science this year
-2 years running for my school and now am doing diving
-been to many camps in the past including a running camp which you have to be invited to as a part of my running team and also a sailing camp
-club leader with a lot of members
-national history honors society member
-been doing a lot of volunteering and have fostered dogs from the spca for the past two summers
-very involved in my youth group and have done many mission trips with them, i am planning to go to south america with them this summer
-i had a job 9th grade summer and will have one again this summer
-used to live in africa when i was much younger
-been to europe many times because my mom is european
-got a 1610 on my psat but plan to do better on the real thing

<p>YOu need to get that SAT to over a 2100, it was really competitive this year and I know someone who had a 3.7UW and over a 2100 and was flat out rejected(he was oos though). So if you want to be safer aim for a 2200. Your ECs seem fine just work on the SATs or try the ACT(aim for aroudn a 32 or 33 on that).</p>
