Could I get into Wesleyan/Vassar/?

I'm a junior in HS right now living in MA. I go to a top tier small rural public school. I'd like to major in neuroscience. I'd also like to attend Wesleyan or vassar. Here's my transcript:

I'm projected to finish junior year with a 3.72GPA. My current gpa from freshman and sophomore years is 3.66. In addition, I play both euphonium and tuba in the band and was one of the representatives chosen to attend the Bridgewater state honors band thingy. I also have played sports all 3 seasons since joining high school, although I only so far have played Varsity in track sophomore and junior years. I'm actually good at track and may receive a captainship next year but I doubt i'm good enough to make the team at wesleyan. Anyway, I took the PSAT without even studying or let alone knowing when it was and got a 208, which was 98th percentile among US juniors. I'm sure I will score at least a 1550 on the Reading and Math sections of the SAT (the parts that actually matter) beause I'm actually preparing. I will have glowing recommendations and my essay will be incredible. However I was rejected from the NHS because of a lack of leadership and questions about my character (lol). I received a 1 day in school suspension this year for hacking into my school ipad. I also have been tardy around 60 times in my high school career. I don't think those go on my transcript though lol. My grades and course level have improved since freshman year. Could I get into Wesleyan? Ive heard they're looking for science students. (I'm 100% white btw lol)

Also I’m like rich and ■■■■ lol doubt I’ll need financial aid. Also my school typically up issues low gpas (a- in a cp class is a 3.6, maximum weighted is 4.33, also does not offer ap classes until junior year). I’m also a beast at euphonium which is a decently rare instrument

is the 3.97 weighted? What I am trying to do to counteract my horrible test scores is to write incredible application essays that address my inability to take standardized tests (even though my weighted gpa is 4.53). Colleges like to know the reasons for lower gaps, test score, etc… A lot of colleges do need blind admissions, so they don’t need to know that you are rich. Some colleges allow you to send in recording or something to show special talents. You should send in a euphonium recording. If you try to do a lot of these things, I think you could have quite a good chance since colleges look at more than just gpa  Hope this helps.

Your chances are okay, but you might want to buff up on EC’s and deal with whatever behavior problems you have. Both of these colleges highly value character and your involvement in the community, so you should watch out for that.

Best of Luck.
