<p>I am aiming for a Computer engineering with Finance/BioMed - Rutgers, NJ is my state college. Would love to go to Cornell, Canrnigie Mellon - though do not know what my chances are.. Could you pl advise me on my list of colleges - which colleges can I add that will be safeties and reaches.. any advise is greatly appreciated.</p>

Peer Tutor - (2 yrs 07-09; - Tutor, and co-organizer
Orchestra - (2 yrs 07-09) - sophomore and junior year</p>

<p>your eveything is almost exactly the same as mine. 4.0 UC gpa (4 AP classes allowed for extra credit although I have 8). 2130 SAT with the exact same sub score, minus 10 on CR.</p>

<p>Have you thought of schools on the west coase, such as the UC’s. They’re accepting more out-of-state people to get more money cuz of the bad economy.</p>

<p>I think you’d be a match with UCSD, and reach for LA and Berkeley.</p>

<p>Jaipet, thanks for responding - yes your guess is right. West coast schools is a good advise you have given but I am a little hesitant about going west coast.
Was looking for 1 or 2 more safeties and matches on the east coast or even mid-west. Any suggestions anyone?</p>
