Counselor Dep. and transcript/ record

Does anyone have a counselor department that records ALL standardized tests? My school is recording 10 grade PSATs and PLAN tests. Colleges will have access to those scores and even though they dont care about those tests, will a subpar score lower my chances?
Also is everything (grades, disciplinary actions, tests scores) on the permanent record and transcript strictly from high school (9-12)?

What appears on the transcripts varies a lot from school to school. Some high schools list AP scores and SAT scores. You can request an unofficial transcript from your school at any time just to see what it looks like.

Nobody is going to care about what your score was on the PSAT.

Lakers,
you should be able to obtain a copy of your transcript for your college visits, so you can see what is on it.

Our school lists SAT & ACT test scores on the transcripts but you have the option of having them omitted on transcripts sent w/apps. This is the only info you can have withheld. HS transcripts cover 9-12.

PSAT/PLAN doesnt even matter.
it's just SAt/ACT --the final thing.

Our school has state achievement tests, plan, psat, ap, sat...you name it. we even have 5th grade standardized tests. but none of them show up on your transcript except the ACT, SAT, and AP scores if you want them.
