<p>So I'm checking my WUSTL pathway, and it says my counselor rec and transcript haven't been received/processed.</p>
<p>My counselor told my parents she sent them out two months ago by mail-- is it possible WUSTL just hasn't processed it? Or did they get lost in the mail? I'm really worried.</p>
<p>Did you ask your admissions contact what he/she suggests? (the contact info for your group of the alphabet is listed on you pathways page)</p>
<p>I personally think that after waiting for 2 months that you should have your counselor resend the information.</p>
<p>Better yet, you get the rec in a sealed envelope from the counselor and you send them via certified mail so you could track the delivery via USPS delivery confirmation web page. Take these matters into your own hands so you could control the outcome and ensure that it gets delivered.</p>
<p>Yeah, I would call them. There IS a processing time for receiving any application material, but it shouldn’t take anywhere near 2 months. For me it was around 1-2 weeks.</p>
<p>I emailed them and they gave me a speedy response: that my school materials would only be sent to them for processing after I submit the common app. I am hoping to see confirmation in maybe a week or two! Thank you for the help and I will certainly keep certified mail in mind.</p>
