Does anyone else have the problem of having sent your ACT/SAT scores but it says that they haven’t been received? Also, my counselor sent my transcript on December 20, but it still says that that hasn’t been received as well 
What should I do? Should I wait a few days more?
Wash U assigns a processor to each applicant based on the first letter of the applicant’s last name. If you don’t have it already, there is a way to look up your processor’s email address. My D received very pleasant and prompt responses from her processor in response to similar questions last year. Give that a try.

It might be the system today, My son had to email them because he’s finished all his scholarship stuff but they won’t submit. We’ll try again tomorrow, we did email them though.
I sent my scores two weeks ago and still have not received. Weird.
@drcharisma I checked today and all my materials have been received. I reported my scores on December 23.
The admin. emailed son and told him that their website sometimes does not do well with non internet explorer browsers, he was trying to submit on a MAC, so, maybe that was your problem??
@ZBD5421 My problem was solved. I think it was just the materials hadn’t arrived then. Thanks for your help though
