Just a theoretical question for you guys.

Would you rather have a 2400

OR

A 2390 (specify which section the 790 is in)

Just a theoretical question for you guys.

Would you rather have a 2400

A 2390 (specify which section the 790 is in)

of course 2400... Thats the same as choosing between 99% and 100% in a test, everyone wants the third digit!!

I wish I lived on the west coast so I could get my scores sooner... Sigh Damn central time.

OH! so that means, i get them at 7-8 PM (Japan). that sucks, I'd rather get them in the morning

No, it sucks living on the west coast...Everybody on the east coast finds out who won the reality tv shows three hours before the west coast. And if something funny happens on a live tv show (like Today) you get to see it, but they edit it out for us westcoasters!

yeah postmaster, and the idiots on the news think its a good idea to announce who won before we get to see it... do they not think of these things or not realize that they are only screwing us over?

for my nov test:

Math: 760 + (got 1 wrong in grid-in that i know of)
CR: 700+ (HOPEFULLY!! PLEASE GOD HELP ME!!)
Writing: don't care. already have 780

I wish I lived on the west coast so I could get my scores sooner...

Please tell me you are kidding

oh well, primeminister, i'm with you...i live in taiwan, that's just one time zone away from you =p

18 HOURS and 18 MINUTES

I'm in Europe and here I'll get the results at about 12am, when I'm at school :(... so I have to wait untill I get back home, which means I'm going to be pretty anxious all day... whish it was early in the morning...
It went horribly, just praying for more than 2000. How many can you miss on math and still have 780+?

I just can't bring myself to study for December SAT subject untill I see the results. Anybody here taking French?
I can't find much prep material (and you know how much it takes to get it through net and stuff)... did some tests though, but I have a slight problem with vocab. Did anybody take any International French exams like Delf or Dalf or TCF? So that I can compare...

dashella

One wrong on math translates into a 780 or 790. Two wrong -> 750 or 760. It's not a wide margin, unfortunately.

if scores come out at 2 am pst

then

17h 55m

cb didn't say scores would be available at 8am which was what they did the last time I took a test with them. Does this mean scores will come out at 12am?

hey dashella, i'm also taking French in december, using PR [Princeton review] and a book called thirty steps to french......you must have seen the sample tests in the CB real sat subject tests. you just need adequate revision of grammar rules, tenses, etc to ace everything on the test except for the reading part, and maybe the first part (which depends on strong vocabulary, but which you can also ace if used to answering french questions)..and practise with any material you can get...12 more days.

about SAT 1 Math, get one wrong and score 780, get none wrong and score 800

hey all, CAN'T WAIT for nov. sat scores....math2, phy and us history!!!

Less than 1000 minutes!

Omg!!!!!!!!!!

Reading you guys' responses make me feel more anxious and somewhat relieved at the same time. that everyone else is feeling as nervous as I am right now :P anyways my prediction is
worst case: 2200
best case: 2400!
I don't know about writing... I liked my essay but I only used one historical example and it was kinda... well can only hope for the best.
