Official June 2012 SAT Talk & Countdown

There weren't any threads like this one, so I thought I'd make one! Please feel free to discuss the dreaded waiting period. And let us know what you think you got, how you did, and how you'll be spending your time waiting.

Good luck to all!

So we can check our scores tomorrow night right? At 2

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think we have 31 hours left.

I feel like I did well… Does anyone else ever feel like they did well, and then open their scores and are surprised by how badly they performed? That’s me sometimes… :/

Scores come out 5am thursday morning for those who are wondering. June was my third and final attempt, and I’m not gonna bother staying up.

I feel like I did well, but there is a nagging in the back of my head saying “That math probably did you in hahaha!” -_- hate math. Critical reading has always been my strongest and easiest section so I am going to assume that will be my highest. I thought they came out Wednesday? Man =/

It’s always been 2 for me, but it might be 5 for some of you guys living on the east i think idk

I’m just extremely worried about that Cotton question and the Triangle one, because I know I missed 1 other question, and if you miss 2 Q its like 750, but if you miss 3 its like 710-720 which is a steep drop, so i’m hoping I got one of them right :/

feel pretty confident on the others though.

I felt really bad right after the exam, but later I checked the consolidated answers posted online and found that I barely missed any. I feel pretty confident about it now but I am still really worried D:

I already have an 800 math from march test, but i really need 700+ reading. I hope i got no more than 5 wrong which should be enough for 700. Good luck all!

This was my second time taking it. At most I pulled a 750/760 in math, but alot will depend on the cotton question and whether or not I made stupid mistakes on easy questions. My goal going in was only a 700/710 though so I’ll be extremely happy as long as it’s at or above that.

I think I may have lost some points in CR from my last sitting, which is a bummer. I felt it was really quite difficult at some points.

I feel I did better in W than last time around though, which is encouraging. I’m just not sure how much (though I’m thinking probably at a 700 or so level).

Also, 27.5 hours left.

the wait is killing me…

I made stupid mistakes on the Math questions, but definitely got the triangle and cotton questions right :/… oh me… I just hope I get a 2000+. I’ll let you all know soon.

Under 27 hours left. Could anyone specify when the scores come out, and which TIME ZONE you’re in? Are they to come out at 2am PST?

Yes they come out 5 am eastern so 2 am pacific.

It will be 2 AM for me. This is like my third SAT I and my seventh administration overall. I am so over collegeboard. ._. This is the last SAT I am taking - ever.

I might take one more depending on these scores. Anyone else still up in the air about taking the Oct SAT?

Go away you ■■■■■. Nobody likes you.

@thomas… It might help your superscoring if you repeat or do at least as well.

Is that even a question? Yes! You need to retake. A TEN on the essay?!?! TEN?!?!? Do you know what happens to kids who get tens on the essay? Community college. What will colleges think when they see you can barely even put together coherent thoughts into an essay. Retake ASAP.

how many more hours till release?

The results come out on Thursday, I am waiting for my May results and I guess there’s a chance the June ones might be posted
