Any parents with preference of UPS/FedEx/USPS for sending a document Oxford “courier service with delivery tracking”
We have used all of them & they all work fine.
I really do appreciate the response, but I seem to be stricken with a bout of indecisiveness this week. 
I’m going UPS!
