Course Entry no mid-term grades.

Hey,

I'm applying to UW right now (cutting it close I know). My High School does grades by semester, and each semester shows up on my transcript. On the course entry page, it says "Do not list mid-term grades", but to "List only grades that are recorded on a transcript."

Because they give me 6 spaces per category, do I list my yearly courses twice, add .5 units each, and add the grade I got for each of semester? Or do I just put each course and the grade I received at the end of the year?

Sorry if this is obvious, their sample is pretty confusing.

Afaik, each semester is considered a term. Therefore, as each semester grade shows up on your transcript; they should be listed. They just don’t want marking period grades (i.e. end of November, december etc.) which would be mid-term. So yes, list your yearly classes twice, once for each .5 credit. At least, that’s what I did and it made sense in my mind ;)

I’m not quite sure what you’re asking, so I hope I’m understanding you correctly.
