Hi! First I am glad that I got in Wake, and I absolutely love it!
I would like to ask some current Wake undergrad students some questions. In order to decide which classes to take, I have downloaded the detailed Bulletin book from school's website, but it is super duper long. I found many useful description regarding courses; however, I did not find information about when and how to apply for/choose courses I wish to take. So, can anyone tell how to set up my course schedule?
By the way, I am looking forward to taking both Math(probably linear algebra) and Econ during my first year, any suggestion about the courses or professor I shall consider? Thanks.

I am also an incoming freshman, so I don’t know any of the professors, but I do know some information about registration. The first round of registration is July 11-15 where we can register for a maximum of 8 hours. You can find the classes for registration by logging onto WIN, going to Virtual Campus, and then “Register for Classes Using Class Search.” Hope this helps!

@Midwest is right about the first part of registration for incoming freshman. The second half will probably be explained to you as well. Last year, they had us fill out a “survey” and a counselor gave us the rest of our schedule, but I’m not sure if they’ll change it this year for you guys.

In regards to professors for classes, I would definitely log on to WIN, look under “VirtualCampus” and then “Register for classes using class search.” That way, you can see who is teaching what and you can look them up on wakeratings.com (very helpful website) ;)
