<p>I want to major engineering but have a concern about my course selection.</p>
<p>9th grade: General science (phy + chem + bio) [one course]
10th grade: Physics & Chemistry combined into one course
11th & 12th grade: IB Physics SL</p>
<p>I only took one science course each year although some were combined sciences.
Would I be disadvantaged for not taking IB Physics HL when applying to top engineering colleges(Stanford, UCB...)? I wanted to take it but its schedule conflicted with that of IB Music SL.</p>
<p>Taking IB Math HL and got a 6 in 11th grade but am looking for a 7 this mid-term (currently a senior) because I received the highest score on tests this year until now.</p>
<p>Here are some test scores related to engineering:</p>
<p>SAT Physics: 690 :(
SAT Math Level 2: 800
SAT I Math: 800</p>
<p>Some colleges of engineering require a course of chemistry. Will the colleges see my course selection and think that I met the requirement??</p>
