CR (boy who was lost, mars, japanese girl with art)

did only internationals get these passages? Does anyone remember any answers or questions?

So it's those three, the comedians - anything else? I'm pretty sure there was one more long passage.

yea.. trying to recall, o about city dwellers and villagers.. thinking laterall and vertically? btw for that one, there was a question about the purpose of putting the description of a city dweller reading newspaper while watching tv, i was tempted to put "it was a sign of city afflence." what did u put, wish could remember my actual answer. Also, about birthright, was it the opportunity to learn about the world?

Oh, I put it was a sign of global awareness. I was tempted to put option b) narrowmindedness, but changed last minute.

And yeah, I put the birthright was the opportunity to learn about the world.

-city dweller, awareness of the world?

-the difference of evidence in the mars articles, I think it was astronomical (EDIT: topographical or geographical?) vs. minerological.

-For another mars question, I think the passage 1 (2?) would Completely Agree

-For the kid who was lost, the lines gave a "naive" impression? And what did his mother think of him?

hmm i put topographical vs. something else

yea thanks schitz exactly what i put "awareness of world"

I put e) geographical vs. minerological. The other option was d) topographical vs. astronomical.

Or maybe geo and topo were reversed... either way, they mean pretty much the same thing.

Yes, E for sure. I just know it included "minerological"

o god im so worried about the mars passages my proctor kept distracting me grrr during the section

wish i can remember which goes with topographical, I knew I had that as a part of answer

Do you remember the other mars questions?

I remember now - it was topo vs. minero. I remember geo was tempting over topo, but then I saw astro and it was wrong. I think you chose e).

hmm not really. but for the first sentence completion question in the same section, was the answer A? like struck on or something?

wait so this test was only for internationals?

Both mars passages agree that it's hostile for life (or something), I think.

Those sentence completions were brutal! I remember the second to last one in one of the sections about censoring something had the options a) expurgate and c) extoll. I chose extoll, but looked it up now and realized it's wrong!!! It was a).

But I don't remember the one you're talking about.

this version that we are discussing right now i mean

it was about the senator in need of money, so she _____ the opportunity for donation c) was like pounced on a) was struck on the others didnt make sense this is the very first question in section 2

YES! Another sentence completion I remember about rousing up passion in protestors. Options (in no particular order): a) pacifict. b) demagogue. c) prognosticator. I had no idea what the last two were, but I went with demagogue, and thank god! Just checked definitions and it was correct!!!
