Hello! I am from MASTERS! yea, I’m a student right now!

I really suggest you take a hard and careful look before you choose…if you already did or didn’t.

I don’t really know much about Cranbrook, but I do know about Cushings(DONT DO IT!)

I got accepted there and didnt like it at all, I immediately went for Masters.

I mean, the people here are really nice, and love to help!

And I don’t know if your international or not, but the ones that are here are the coolest! I love the interational kids(they love me too) I’m from Cali, so it kind of feels like I’m international lol. I mean, I was so cool that I got to go to the International trip to Washington DC(which was the best thing ever because it was EXCLUSIVELY for internationals only)

One thing I can say about Masters though, is that its cliquey, I mean REALLY cliquey! Everyone is apart of some kind of group and they stay with that group. Like the Koreans hang out with the Koreans, the Chinese, the Blacks, and then the separate groups of White people.

And their is a strong presence of day students. In most of your classes, you will be one of the few of the boarders(if you are going to be a boarder)

But Masters is like a big community once all the day students are gone and the boarders are left. We always stick together!

But yeah, having the city close by is really great, because in most or all of your classes, you will have a trip that involves you going to the City ALL the time. Actually, all new boarding students have a scavenger hunt at the beginning of the year in the city(its fun trust me) and you meet a lot of people and basically explore the city so you know everything for when you want to go on the weekends.

I don’t go to the City much, only because I don’t have time. THE WORK IS CHALLENGING!

It’s very stressful at times, but then you feel comforted because your sharing this stress with others. lol.

Well, I don’t want to give too much away, but you should definitely choose Masters over those schools! You won’t regret it…well at first you will but later on you will get used to it. lol.

Inbox me if you have any questions.
