Hello, all.
If you're interested, please read my previous post which contains my list of schools, majors I'm thinking about, and academic stats.

My question is this: What are some majors for creative-type people that actually can lead to stable, lucrative careers? I simply cannot bear to major in anything science-related or even math-related. Those topics hold no interest for me as a truly right-brained person.
A little bit about me: I love to write (creatively), I enjoy art, although I may not be an amazing artist, I love film, I love traveling and learning about other cultures, I love photography, etc.
Right now, I'm thinking of trying to work in advertising, on the creative side, and eventually hopefully becoming a creative director of a firm or an art director. This seems to be both enjoyable but also lucrative, and would combine many of my artistic interests.
Still, this has left me stumped as to what to major in. Some have told me an advertising degree isn't necessary, and hardly any schools even offer that. I've also been told a communications degree can be too broad. I'm thinking about a marketing major with possibly a second major in graphic design or multimedia arts, and this seems to be the best route.
The only drawback is that I am a pretty good student, and so I do want to apply to some of the smaller liberal arts universities, but not many offer business majors or even communications degrees. For example, I want to apply to Brown, but they don't have any of these majors. (I'm looking into the literary arts concentration, but is that useless too?)
Also, Tufts doesn't have business majors, but that would be in my range, size-wise too.
Is it better to get a liberal-arts type major from a renowned school like Brown, or to get a more specific major, like advertising or marketing, from, say, a larger, less prestigious school, like Northeastern??
Any other major suggestions? Reassurance? Advice?
HELP!!
Thanks, and I apologize for how fragmented this post is!
