<p>Hello All</p>

<p>I am submitting I creative writing supplement with my application. Does anyone know the proper format for this (it's a group of poems)?</p>

<p>Also, should I send it to the Office of Admissions or the specific department (the literature department)? I am afraid if I send it to the literature department that it will never reach the admissions committee.</p>

<p>I sent in a creative writing supplement to my schools too. For a group of poems, single-spaced. If you want it in a proper manuscript format, single-spaced, 12-point, Courier New font. </p>

<p>Send it to the Office of Admissions. I haven't seen any of my schools ask for them to be sent to any specific departments.</p>

<p>Admissions, name on each page . If app is sent online a reference to the mailed supplement should be on the online app.</p>

<p>I didn't mention it in my online app, oops.....I hope that's not a big problem.</p>

<p>Should I create a header that includes my name and ___ University Admissions?</p>
