This quarter, I'm taking a pretty heavy course load, and I'm worried about how my GPA is going to come out. I am not sure if I will be able to maintain a strong GPA, but I am reluctant to simply drop a class. Will taking one of my courses as credit/no credit be seen as an easy way out by admissions officers? The course in particular is a GE class that does not directly relate to the major I am interested in, but there is a surprising amount of work for the class. I'd rather spend my time maintaining solid marks in my major courses.
