<p>i really want to do something in this field but don't want to be a cop first any suggestions preferably something that makes 60,000 plus </p>

<p>Criminology is the study of behavior. It looks at crimes, the people who commit the acts and the victims. Criminal Justice is the study of system. It looks at public policy, judical, legistalive, and judical branches. It also looks at private/public partnerships. Both address social controls, rehabiltation, deterrents, and public safety. All programs are not created equal so do your research. Many program offer a combination of the two studies are part of the curriculum. Entry level positions don’t start that high. Cyber Security is a growing field. Studyiing commputer science may be an option to consider if $60,000 is your goal or you could go to law school. </p>
