<p>In order to finish up my criminal justice major, I need to find an internship. I'm not interested in anything in the criminal justice field for a career. I wasted 4 years of my life. The only thing I might actually be interested in is private security. How do I go about finding a private security intern? I'm pretty small though. I'm 5'5 130lbs. Should I just look for something else instead?</p>
<p>Might want to try local private security companies. Most places are usually hiring security guards, but the pay and benefits ain’t so hot - and some posts are not the safest. You could also contact a local Police Department or Correctional Facility.</p>
