<p>It should be a consideration, just not the only consideration.</p>
<p>For example, a student trying to decide between math and chemistry, liking each subject equally, may notice that job and career prospects in math are much better. That may tip the balance in choice of major. Or a student who really likes chemistry may consider chemical engineering instead.</p>

<p>My macroeconomics credits will transfer, which is one of the CoE requirements.</p>
<p>Prospects for both seem pretty good, so i’m focusing on which one I enjoy more, or the possibility of doing both.</p>
