So, I plan on applying to NYU for early decision II this January. I am just getting my midterm scores, which I know are considered in admission.
My weighted GPA is a 4.86 currently, with a 3.56 unweighted. I took 5 APs and 3 dual enrollment classes this semester. My final grades are 5 As, and either 2 Bs and a C or 1 B and 2 Cs (in AP calculus BC and AP Environmental Science…).
I’m applying to the Tandon School of Engineering with an ACT score of 31, but unfortunately, my math score is below 30… I’m wondering if the Cs mixed with the low math ACT score would be a means for my rejection, considering that I’m going into the STEM field. Any advice?
