<p>On collegeboard, it says the last day to submit a css profile application is January 17. But then for each college, there is a priority filing date, some of which are Feb. 1 and Feb 15. Which day am I supposed to submit the application by?</p>

<p>The Jan 17 date is for the 2010-2011 school year, not 2011-2012. </p>
<p>You had me worried there! I do think I saw somewhere on the Profile that says if you have a Feb 1 deadline, the 2-3 days before that are very busy and to try to submit before then if possible.</p>
<p>In my son’s college counseling binder that his school gave him, it says to apply in October. I saw this in December, by the way! Don’t know if affects anything or not.</p>
