The CSS Profile webpage is incredibly slow (over 15sec of loading time between each question) and after every few questions it refuses to progress. This then requires a reload of the site, after which it’s necessary to click through every completed question in the section I’m trying to fill out, which takes around 10-20 minutes just to get back to the questions I need to answer. Then the cycle repeats. I’ve tried different browsers, networks, etc – nothing resolves the problem.
Is this just me? Is the problem on the College Board end? Does anyone know of a way to resolve it? Judging by the fact that people actually fill this thing out, I’m sure not everyone has this issue?

Sounds brutal. I finished on Friday and the site was pretty quick to load at that time.
The website is unusable. I’m on hour #3 and have only just managed to get to the parent financial section. I have lost count of how many freezes, spinning balls and re-log-ins I’ve dealt with.
I haven’t dealt with such a balky site in many years.

Me too! Me too!! I’ve tried 3 days in a row and the same thing keeps happening to me. I’ve cleared the cache, cookies, etc and tried 2 different browsers. I’m even trying to fill it out on my phone. Just want to get it done. Anyone out there having the same problem as us?

This is terrible- i only need to submit- won’t progress at all….
Now message indicating “server error has occurred”…
Only solution we could think of was to fill it out when most of the US is asleep – worked like a charm. Still a poorly designed and clunky website, but a thousand times faster than it was when we tried earlier in the day. Of course, YMMV depending on your time zone.
