<p>Is there any difference among the CSS Profile and the International Financial Aid Application (paper form)? I'd rather submit the paper form electronically so that I don't have to pay the fee for the CSS profile?</p>
<p>So, is there any difference? Is one form more difficult to complete than the other?</p>
