Which one of these two would you choose?
Need to know more about what you want to study. U Mass Boston is smaller, in an urban area. U Mass Amherst is the stronger campus for the U Mass system. Colorado State in Fort Collins is in a semi-rural city near good hiking, good restaurants, nice downtown festivals, breweries and bicycling trails. Skiing is relatively far from Fort Collins, almost 3.5 hours. Agriculture, and pre vet studies are super strong at CSU, along with Engineering being very good. Other health related majors are strong such as occupational therapy etc. Hewlett Packard, Broadcom, Intel and other high tech businesses have located in Fort Collins which strengthens CSU’s engineering options, both because retired engineers are often helping there, and because there are local internships for engineering students.
