Csuf business grad rate

Hello everyone,

I am looking to transfer to either csuf, csulb, ucr or cpp for accounting. I only need 1 more class to fullfil csuf’s requiremnts to transfer into the program and I feel like I have a really good chance in getting im. I also need a full time job asap to support my family. I was wondering if there are any csuf or csulb grads that were able to graduate with accounting in 2 years. This is the reason I cut off csulb and csuf because I read that most transfers graduate in 2.5 to 3 years. Is this a valid reason to cross out csuf and csulb and choose between ucr and cpp for accounting? I am looking to get into the mid tier firms and the big 4 don’t fit my style but may decide to go to big 4 later.

Thank you.

now that accounting is a 150 unit degree, it is almost impossible to graduate 2 years after transfer.

From what I’ve read, you can get a degree for completing 120 units which is about 2 years if you will be a full time student but if you are planning to be a CPA, you will need to have at least 150 units.

Thanks for the replies. I just saw a lot of CSUs grad rates are so low so I was wondering if its due to classes filling up quickly but yeah I already knew about the units thing

@Mani98 heard from a friend who recently graduated from CSUF that some professors are pretty hard grader. I mean, you don’t learn anything from professors lol and you don’t really get many options for professors. But of course, it depends on you! ((:
