CSUF, Chapman, LMU, or CPSLO???

I was accepted to each school as a business admin major with a focus on marketing and at Cal State Fullerton I was accepted into the honors program. Just curious as to which school has the best business program? Which school will help me better succeed in my career? and which school looks better to employers? Thanks!

Assuming similar costs - SLO hands down.

SLO.

What exactly makes the program at SLO better than the others?

Have you visited each school in person? Which one do YOU like best? All are good schools, and can claim good job prospects for grads. When comparing costs, factor in how many years you’ll need to attend. Our neighbor’s son is at SLO…and will need six years for the bachelor’s degree due to difficulty getting classes. He loves SLO but six years means two additional years of tuition and lodging for which he hadn’t initially planned. Meanwhile, our son at Chapman will easily finish in four years. Another thing to consider – WHERE would you like to live/work after college? Is the school you will attend located in a place you’d possibly like to live/work? My older son graduated last May from a small private Univ. in northern CA…he had an internship in the same town with a small high tech company his senior year. He loved that internship, really liked the town and hoped to stay in the area. Upon graduation, the company for which he interned offered him a really good, full-time job. It worked out perfectly. My point: sometimes the school you choose leads to internships in the same city, and then to jobs in that city. Another factor to consider.
