I got into CSULB a while back and I was wondering if anyone knows when they tell the accepted people their financial aid awards or scholarships we may have received. I was looking into that and would be glad if someone told me

On a CSULB email I got when I was accepted: “Financial aid offers will be sent via email around April 1st for applicants who met the priority deadline of March 2nd.” So basically if you submitted your FAFSA (or any other financial aid option) by before March 2, you should receive an email about financial aid on April 1.
Hopefully it’s not an April Fool’s prank lol 
I got my financial aid award package yesterday. They have started to send them out.
No prank, I got my email awarding me financial aid yesterday evening after 5:00 pm.
I got it today, a little after afternoon-ish
Just posting timeline from application to acceptance notices - admission to Fall 2017, in case it helps for prospects:
February 4 Instrumental audition held on site.
March 7 Conservatory Admission notification received via email.
March 24 University Admission notification received via email.
April 5 Conservatory Scholarship notification received via email (partial tuition).
