Okay, I’m currently a junior in a Long Beach school right now. So far on my transcript, I have a university GPA of 3.59. On the other high school GPAs it’s at 3.17 and the other: 3.2. I am trying to major in business or Asian studies. Right now I am in two honors classes, history and English. I am going to take my 4th year of business class, and my 3rd year on Japanese all in my senior year. I might take AP Psych next year too. I have not taken the real SAT yet. But I am in SAT prep classes and my first diagnosis test says I have a 1140. I do this whole big list of extra curricular and service hours, but I don’t think CSULB looks at that anyways. So far with what I have, do you think Cal State LB will accept me? Also, what do I have do this 2nd semester and my senior year to keep it up with Cal State LB expectations?
Come back when you have a definite CSU GPA and SAT/ACT score. All the Cal states (except SLO) use the Eligibility index to rank their applicants.
(CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR). Aim for an EI of 3900+ depending upon major and you have a good chance. Engineering majors will be closer to 4100+.
Your post is a little hard to follow but, it looks like you are local to CSULB - which is good because they offer a reduced admission threshold for local applicants in most majors.
You have to complete the a-g required classes. Other than that, they don’t care what you take next year (for most majors).

As @gumbymom notes above, applicants are ranked only by CSU GPA and standardized test scores. ECs, , service hours etc play no role in their decision.
Purely theoretical but with an 1140 SAT, and a 3.59 CSU GPA, your CSU index would be 4012 - which is plenty for all but their most competitive majors - especially as a local applicant.
I’d encourage you make an appointment with Admissions, bring your transcript and high school course catalog. They will give you an honest assessment of your chances and tell you if you’ve missed anything.
Good luck.
