CSULB FALL 2020 TRANSFER STUDENT QUESTIONS

Hey everyone I got a email back about my status and was wondering if anyone can figure out if its good news or bad news. The status report says this:

We have reviewed your application, and have determined that additional information is needed. If there is a list of items below, please submit the required items by the deadline. If there are no items indicated below, you will be contacted by email to let you know which documents need to be submitted to the university, as well as the deadline for submitting them. Continue to check your email regularly for messages from CSULB and please respond promptly.

I talked to a lady at the admissions office and after I asked her a few questions about what to do, and I sort of asked her to hint at what this email means. She totally stoned walled me and said that shes not allowed to say anything. So i was wondering, has anyone else gotten this type of email? If so, how did it turn out?

I don’t have an answer but you should give some more info: GPA, Local status, Major and if you have all the pre reqs good standing etc

They may just be still considering your application. If you didn’t do the supplemental that may be why they’re asking because they are already sending out status update emails.

Has anyone gotten thru on the housing portal? It’s getting really frustrating
