Hi! These are my top 4 colleges for aerospace engineering. I’m only in state for CSULB, but ASU has given me a $58k scholarship so my annual cost will be ~$28k. UIUC and UT Austin are full cost for me ($52k and $57k), but they definitely have stronger aerospace engineering programs. Which college would be the best overall? Thanks in advance!!
Hi, my daughter is in the same predicament. ASU is the best price, but has options like RPI, Purdue, and Case Western, etc… She is visiting in a few weeks and expects to ask a lot of questions in their dept. she is also interested in the SESE school as a backup. Exploration Systems Design. It is one of the reasons beside the price, she may choose ASU. I don’t know much about CSULB, but I think UT is better known for aero than UIUC. I just don’t think any BS/BA degree is worth $20-30,000 more a year unless you truly can afford it without hardship.
