I sent my ACT scores over a month ago to SDSU. I also auto-released them to CSUSM through the CSUMentor ACT manager. SDSU has accepted them but on my CSUSM Webportal, it has been saying that I need to send my ACT scores in. I’ve tried emailing them many times but they just do not reply. Now I realize that it says “Initiated” under the status bar for the notification that I need to send in my test scores. What does this mean? Are they in the process of getting them or what? Just seems weird that it has been over a month and they still have not recieved them.
it is probably no big deal but, I’d give them a quick call and make sure everything is ok.
@abcdef282 my daughter has the same question–sent scores 3 weeks ago but portal also says “initiated” in the test section. I will call but am wondering if you did and what the response was–thanks.
@luckymom22 and @abcdef282 Log onto ACT and look at your address. The address on the CSU application must match exactly. For instance, if the ACT has you living on Main St. but the CSU application has you listed on Main Street, you need to change Street to St. After you do that, the scores should move over.
Thanks, @lkg4answers I already remembered the “it has to match exactly” bit on CSU Mentor’s ACT Manager from when my older daughter was going through this; that wasn’t the issue. I did call CSUSM and was told that so far they had only downloaded SAT scores recently…they hadn’t downloaded the latest batch of ACT scores yet. She thought they would be doing so within the next day or so, and sure enough…they did. My daughter’s been accepted! I hope it works out for the others as well.
