Merit $$ are included in the acceptance letter in the portal.OOS D was accepted 1/16 into College of Arts & Sciences with Chancellors Achievement Scholarship, Arts & Humanities Achievement Scholarship and Honors College invite. Important to remember that the GPA from one high school isn’t necessarily equal to the GPA from a different high school; the colleges use all sorts of algorithms to create apples to apples comparisons of applicants.
Just got admitted to the college of Arts and Sciences for the Economics major!
@TheWapTrap Congratulations! Were you Regular Decision? Did you get an email, or just checking your portal and it was updated?
I was EA. I got an email telling me there was an update to my portal. If you didn’t get a decision yet, I was told that there was a glitch in the software that sends out the admissions decisions, so there was a delay (mine was a day late)
Congrats on your acceptance! It is a beautiful campus! So just curious did you apply to school Leeds of Business as Economics major? My son is only a junior and has similar stats to you so was thinking it may be tough for him to get in esp the Business School. thank you.
Accepted
GPA- 3.3
SAT- 1120
Hello. I, too, would like to know about transfer info into Leeds. My son has been accepted in Arts and Sciences as freshman for this fall.
I am so excited to announce that I will be attending CU Boulder in the fall! I was admitted to Leeds School of Business and the engineering computer science program. I am an in state student from Chaparral High School in Parker, Colorado. Even though I got good aid elsewhere, I wanted to stay close to home and enjoy life and academics in Boulder.
Here are my stats if that helps anyone…
ACT Superscored Composite: 32 ; Weighted GPA: 4.5;
I had two great recommendations and was highly involved in Econ and Fencing Club.
Congrats! Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend due to the absolutely INSANE OOS costs :))
TheWapTrap, I’m amazed in this age of information at your fingertips, you had no idea of the cost of education
where you are apply.
@TheWapTrap CU is actually pretty cheap compared to private schools idk why everyone says it is so expensive
$51,000/year including financial aid is a bit out of my price range. I guess I just expected my aid to be a little bit better than it was. Oh well.
@mgh516 what major did you apply for?
Political science. I think I only got in because I live out of state. @ahrb1512
Around same stats, you giving me hope !
