CU Boulder RD Class of 2023

My son finally received word from CU Admissions and the news was excellent. He was ACCEPTED, received a very nice scholarship and an invite to the honors college. Needless to say, he was very excited! We will be visiting campus in April and a final decision will follow. He has it narrowed down to three finalist and Boulder is very much in the running now. Best of luck to everyone!

Thank you for posting! My son is still waiting to hear and I’m less optimistic than I was originally. ( I thought Boulder was a sure thing for my kid who got 1480 on his SAT and 3.8 gpa) Waiting is so hard !

waitlisted on 3/28

Unless your son has academic integrity issues or disciplinary infractions he won’t get rejected, if that is what you are worried about. With those stats he should get into the school he applied to, but even if he doesn’t it takes just a year to transfer and he can still graduate in 4 years.

Anyone else heard/not heard? My son still hasn’t received a decision either way.

soooooo no decisions today? I haven’t heard anything either

My son STILL hasn’t heard and its April 2? He applied for CS…

April first has passed and still no descion? How does this happen?

I applied for EE, still noting here

Has anyone called? My son is planning to email his admissions advisor today

Son was accepted to Computer Science with zero scholarships. I’m actually very surprised as he was offered $156k from SMU and a full 4 years tuition to Auburn.

OOS W/M
33 ACT 1440 SAT (780M)
4.0 GPA
Lots of AP
Eagle Scout

Can’t really see spending an extra $200k for a 4 year undergrad degree

Just got accepted off the waitlist to the College of Arts and Sciences OOS as a psych major. 3.0 GPA and 30 ACT. Good extracurriculars and essays.

Has anyone else been accepted off the waitlist?
