CU Boulder vs. Villanova

I am an honors student graduating high school this year and have narrowed my college choices down to Villanova and CU Boulder. Boulder is a little more expensive but other than that I wanted opinions about their engineering programs, campuses and feel over all. basically I'm at a tie and don't know which to pick... thanks!

My son is a junior in the aerospace engineering program at CU. He has enjoyed his time there. He does have to work a lot just to keep up as any field of engineering at any school would demand. Majoring in engineering is not for the faint of heart! However, he still has found time to participate in all the campus has to offer: he snowboards, hikes, attends football and basketball games, belongs to a coed engineering professional fraternity, goes to concerts, plays intramural sports, etc. Boulder is a beautiful town and it is easy to get around for the students with a free bus pass on all of the buses. I cannot comment on Villanova as I do not know anything about that school. Ask me any more questions if you have any.
