<p>I'm a freshman at UC Davis. I'm not happy here. So rather than wasting more money and time here, I figured I might as well leave/transfer to a school that has a culinary arts program.</p>
<p>Can you tell me about good culinary schools around the San Francisco bay area? </p>
<p>Which culinary schools offer 4 year programs? (I'd prefer to stay in NorCal.)</p>
<p>What are the pros and cons of getting an Associate in Occupational Studies (A.O.S.) Degree in Culinary Arts over Bachelor of Professional Studies (B.P.S.) program from the Culinary Institute of America? </p>
<p>Is it worth paying almost $30,000 a year for CIA?</p>
<p>What are the pros and cons of going to culinary school over a public university?</p>
