CUNY-Application in progress-College Choices?

<p>When you apply to CUNY it asks you to list in order the colleges to which you are applying. If accepted to your first choice, will you be considered to your second choice also..or if you are admitted to your first choice...that school will be your only option.</p>

<p>My D applied to Hunter, first and City College second; due to housing issues it may be better for her to go to City, if you do not have an option...can you change for first choice after you apply?</p>

<p>Yes, you hear back from all the colleges you choose but some may take longer than others. You will receive letters from each of the colleges you apply to, from there its just a matter of contacting the college that you want to attend. </p>
