Cuny sends the applications in batches. They will continue to send decisions until may. Also one way of knowing if you get rejected or accepted is after reviewing applications they send acceptances first and the next day after the rejections emails. So if this hasn’t happened to you they most likely haven’t gotten to your application.

I sent my application around Thanksgiving like Nov. 26. However some of my friends applied later than me and got replies already.

Cuny is like that people who applied later sometimes get their decisions before people who applied early. You will get a decision if u haven’t hopefully you’ll get it later
Everyone who got the acceptance letter are the freshman students, right? What about the transfers? Has anyone been accepted yet?

@warda @any one else that knows. What do i do after i decide a school? do i have to take a placement exam?
So after you go to the college or the website and pay the $100 deposit fee. For the placement exam you’ll get an email with an appointment and where your taking it. The college you’ll take it at is your first choice on the application.

Yes it’s required the tests is to see if you need an extra English or math course if you pass both it’s less classes taken during freshman year. So study hard in order not take it. It’s a couple of questions and you get your results immediately after completing the test
One of my colleges in cunyportal isnt in my College Links/Quick Links but its there when i go to Online Admissions, does this mean anything? Been like this for awhile just never cared enough to worry about it

Is your portal blank or does it say something else?
U know how if it’s complwte they will say it under the college and the programs. But my doesn’t. It just has the college and program.
