CUNY Honors

<p>Hey does anybody know the requirements to get into the CUNY Honors for Bernard N. Baruch?</p>

Avg SAT 1342 (661 math/679 verbal)
Average 93.4</p>

<p>My son was accepted into CUNY Honors. You must select one campus only so be certain Baruch is what you want. There is a common application. Letters of recommendations and essays are required.<br>
The idea of CUNY Honors is to incorporate NYC into the classroom, i.e. the city is your campus idea.<br>
Deadline was Dec 15 as I recall-so get your app as soon as possible.
We were told that only 700 students were accepted for Fall 2005 admission. That is 700 total for all City campuses-averaging roughly 100 per campus.
My son's weighted GPA was 105.6. His SATS were not so impressive-a total of 1350. But he was IB which may have helped.
