My apologies for the redundancy. Depending on my SAT/ACT scores, I'm floating that fine line, and I want to know if applying to Harvard will prove worthwhile.

Stats:
Gender: Female
Race: Caucasian
Type of School: Public, ~1000 students
Location: Iowa, town of 40,000
Income Bracket: 180-200k annually

OBJECTIVE:
GPA, weighted: 4.3

GPA, unweighted: 3.83

Class Rank: My school doesnt release official rankings, but Im definitely in the top 20 out of 250 odd students based upon the honor roll and realistically in the top 5-10.

APs:
Freshman: APUSH (5)
Sophomore: AP Euro (5), AP Lang/Comp (5)
Junior: AP Lit, AP Microeconomics, AP American Gov. I might do AP Macro self-study.
Senior: AP Calc, AP Human Geography, AP Comparative Gov, either AP Bio or AP Physics, possibly AP French and AP Psych.

I also take honors science classes (biology, chem., currently in physics) though not math. Also, Im taking two foreign languages (French and Japanese) if that changes anything.

~Speculation from here down~
SAT: Havent taken anything yet, but hoping for the 2100 range, based upon practice tests. I know this is sort of low for Harvard, but Im positively mediocre at math.
ACT: Again, hoping to break 30-31 because of the math.
SAT II: Planning to take Literature, Math, US History, World History, and perhaps French if needed. I have realistic chances of breaking 700-750 on Lit and the histories, will probably break 600 (maybe 700) on math, and have no honest idea about the French.

SUBJECTIVE:
EC:
~Speech Debate, 3 (4 total) years Both LD and Congress and I hope to make it to nationals this year probably in Congress. Im also (technically) the only person from my school in debate, though I practice and travel to tournaments with another team. Last year, I placed 6th in Congress at State . . . this was out of a pool of 100 or so and maybe 30 in the super session.

~National Honor Society: 1 (2 total) years My school only lets juniors on up apply.

~Quiz Bowl: 2 (3 total) years - Hokey as hell but it pads this part out a bit.

~Working with a school counsellor to start an A/V club, which would make me the president.

Community Service:
~ Habitat for Humanity Global Village build in Hungary
~ Led a project to make an informative video for my school service-learning department.
~ 80 hours + of various community service through high school

Etc.
~I took some English classes (screenwriting and creative writing, specifically) for credit at a summer program hosted by Cambridge I received an A and applied these towards graduation.

~ Im a legacy, sort of. My dad graduated from Harvards business school, and was in the top 10% of his class his first year. (Apparently, companies do recruiting after this time period, so he didnt feel an incentive to place that high his second year =/)

~ Ill probably write a strong essay. Ive always performed strongly in English, and I was one of the few AP Lang. students at my school to receive an A in the course where I attend, its notoriously difficult but students tend to receive 4s and 5s on the AP exam.

I know that without definitive SAT/ACT/PSAT scores, placers don't have as much to go on. However, I'd like to know if my academics and extras are strong enough, and if not, what I can do to augment them in my remaining time.
