My major is business administration with an accounting concentration. I was wondering, I'll end up getting my associates with a 3.5-3.6 gpa, what kinda colleges should I even bother applying to? I live near Boston so there are a ton of colleges and universities around me, money is not an issue but a scholarship would be nice, though I think 3.5-6 is too low for a decent scholarship.
Thanks in advance!

Help anyone? I know it’s a rather vague question, but I honestly have no idea if 3.5-6 is just barely good enough for a state school, or if I can try to apply for maybe BU or something like that.

A 3.5-3.6 GPA is respectable. What can improve your chances are extra-curricular activities, letters of recommendation, and your essays. Really work hard on these and you’ll find opportunities to attend some very good schools.

Thanks for the response. I would still like to know what ballpark I should aim for.

last bump :)

A 3.5-3.6. should be plenty fine for a public institution. You could probably aim for UMass-Amherst and have a good shot. And I do think you’d have a shot at BU or a similar school, as long as you had a sufficient CV and excellent recommendations.
