Curse of a Low Subject Test Score

Okay, so as a sophomore last year, I took the Bio M and Physics Sat IIs in June. I had just moved into a new house the day before and I was a jumbled mess when I took the two tests, and I did absolutely terribly, at least in my regards (740 for Bio M and 680 for Physics). I want to go into medicine, so I retook Bio M for this most recent November test and got an 800. My ultimate goal is to get accepted into one of the highly selective BS/MD programs offered at select colleges although most of them honor Score Choice (thank goodness!). However, I'm also looking to apply to colleges like Yale and UPenn that don't accept Score Choice. When I'm forced to submit those two scores for schools that don't take Score Choice, how much will they hurt me? I excelled in my AP Bio class, and ended up with a 5 on the AP last year. I also did very well in physics though I only got a 4 on the AP. I plan on taking the Chem and Math II subject tests later this year, and I'm considering retaking physics (hopefully pull off another 800). So once again, how will my first two SAT II scores hurt me? Thanks in advance.

Those scores will kill you, just hope that a community college will help you. Seriously.
C’mon dude, colleges have score choice. Moreover, i think colleges will like that you worked hard to improve your score.

haha sorry didn’t mean to sound obnoxious. I’m hoping the latter is what happens.
