Cybersecurity major with business minor or double major?

My S18 has his plan set as far as attending George Mason next year with a cybersecurity engineering major. But he has a very entrepreneurial mindset and his thinking is that he would like to intern with a govt agency while in college, work in the field for a few years, and then start his own company.

He had initially thought the best option was to double major in business. But Mason also offers a specific entrepreneurship minor (http://business.gmu.edu/undergraduate/minors/entrepreneurship/). My thinking is that this combo will set him up pretty nicely for what he wants to do, but he is worried that that won’t be enough of a business education.

Thoughts?

There are many angles to come at entrepreneurship from. You don’t need a full business major to do it. The entrepreneurship minor sounds like a great idea. He can also always take a few extra business courses if he wants too in areas he chooses rather than those required by a full business major.
