Cycling: Recruit?

<p>I'm currently a junior who has had a fairly strong involvement in cycling the past three years of high school. I'm aware that many universities recruit athletes for sports such as Football, Crew, etc. However, is it possible to get recruited by a university for their cycling team?</p>

<p>To get a better idea of the level of my involvement: I am the Founder/President of my high school's cycling team and I cycle around 10 hours weekly.</p>

<p>I would greatly appreciate anyone's input/thoughts on this. Thanks! :)</p>
