Da *NEW* ladies thread

i might stalk you ivyleaguechamp! keep your doors locked...haha

A lot of celebs get in because under ECs, they have "Starred in blockbuster hit", but some like Natalie Portman would've gotten in regardless. She's my favorite actress, not just because she went to Harvard, but she's just so principaled!

natalie portman is ok. too bad she was put in the worst star wars movie ever. Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia)..now that's an actress. :) what do you think her best movie was?

natalie portman or carrie fisher? i haven't seen too many carrie fisher movies, but she was really funny in When Harry Met Sally. Harrison Ford is still the best thing that happened to Star Wars. The best Natalie Portman movie would probably be The Professional or Garden State, although I have high hopes for Closer. One of her interviews on Letterman was hilarious, talking about the Primal Cry as part of her Harvard experience. Fun stuff

yeah, my sn makes me either a girl or an 80 year old skeeze man

and no, not like tweety bird

and Natalie Portman is gorgeous.

lol, yeah i remember a random kid iming me a while ago and asking if i was 87 years old. and then there are people i meet in public who assume that my 4 yr old brother is my son. so i guess it was a pleasant surprise tonight at a thanksgiving party that these little kids were trying to guess my age and thought that i was 13 at first.

cough humbert humbert alert.

what's a humbert?

Humbert Humbert is the guy from the book Lolita. Used in this context it probably means a middle-aged man who lusts after teenage girls.

o thanks! i've tried not to read that book, but maybe i should now so i can get jokes like that in the future

lolita is a great book.

yeah, but i dunno, growing up in the 'baptist belt' region kind of makes me too puritanical for my own good, so i tend to like regular classics...like austen or tolstoy. boring, i know, but they're still classics for a reason

literature is great!! lol. i love my ivy league ladies

haha still ivy league hopeful at this point. btw, r u thinking about doing intramural swimming, kerron^(69? i think i am, unless i go to a div 3 school, lol. btw, what does your sn stand for?

im thinkin of doin varsity swimmin if i can cut my times (had knee injury and was out da pool for 5 months) my name is my name...lol

ahhh, the joys of life as seen by slicmlic....

See turkey
Eat turkey
sleep.......

proud to say im also a girl, and also going for Harvard RD. Im not into long walks on the beach, but i'll have brunch at Annenburg with one of the brilliant minds here if i get in...

my momma wants me to marry a pretty lil' harvard legacy..any of you around?

no one can tell if im a guy or a girl... mwahahah (this really is a funny thread)

my guess is girl, piyopiyo, but i won't elaborate further in the event that i'm wrong and you get offended/self-conscious, lol.

piyopiyo is an anime bird that kinda looks like a chicken but scrawnier. i think its onomatopoeia (somesuch device anyway?) since its named after the sound its supposed to make. kinda reverse of torii in seed. i cant think of any similar examples of cutesyness.
